Frequently Asked Questions
Lead time varies by season. South Florida’s busiest booking window runs from October through February as owners prepare for winter cruising. Scheduling a consultation in advance of that window typically means better crew availability and a tighter project start date. Contact us early for the most flexibility.
Yes. We mix custom colors through Awlgrip and Alexseal’s color systems and handle the additional fairing and priming that a full color change requires. We can also match existing hullside colors on sister vessels or restore a faded color to its original specification.
We assess that in person. During a hull walkthrough we check for coating adhesion, chalk level, delamination signs, and gelcoat condition. From there we give you an honest recommendation. Some hulls need a full respray; others need targeted repair and a localized refinish. We will not upsell a full refinish when spot work is the right answer.
Our crews carry full liability insurance and meet the requirements for working at residential properties and private docks throughout Broward County. We can provide certificates of insurance to HOAs, marina operators, or property managers before project start.
